We perform a meticulous inspection process on each component to spot worn parts. We’ll also routinely replace common consumables. After this, all the components undergo a rigorous testing process in the spray shop, the same testing that new equipment undergoes. This ensures each product we offer is ready for the field. Used Arc Spray Systems
System: AVD350
Wire Diameter: 1/16”, 2mm or 3/32"
The AVD350 system works well for standard production applications using a Jet Force Head. Each system comes mounted on a cart and paired with a power supply. This makes it a good pick for engineering coatings, restoration work, and anti-corrosion. The production rates range from 20 to 30 pounds per hour.
System: AVD450
Wire Diameter: 1/16", 2mm, 3/32" or 1/8"
Created for moderate production applications, this system delivers high-production throughput rates of up to 80 pounds per hour. It works well with solid or cored hardwires. This makes it a dependable choice for restoration or anti-corrosion tasks requiring higher efficiency.
System: Precision Arc 3.2
Wire Diameter: 1/16", 2mm, 3/32" or 1/8"
The Precision Arc 3.2 system works best for moderate production needs. It uses a Fan Spray Head to apply coatings with impressive throughput rates. Mounted on a cart and paired with a power supply, this system delivers up to 80 pounds of material per hour. It will effectively cover up to 160 square feet at a thickness of +/- 10 mils.
System: Precision Arc 4.8
Wire Diameter: 3/16" or 1/8"
The Precision Arc 4.8 system supports high-production demands, using a Fan Spray Head and paired with a power supply. It is designed to deliver up to 189 pounds of material per hour, covering up to 472 square feet at a thickness of +/- 10 mils.
System: AVD456HD
Wire Diameter: 1/16", 2mm, 3/32" or 1/8"
The AVD456HD system features a Fan Spray Head tailored for applying SafTrax nonskid coatings. Each system comes mounted on a cart and paired with a 650 AMP power supply. This system offers versatility and precision for specialized applications.
