Introducing the POWR-DRIVE
In keeping with Thermion's tradition of innovation, we would like to formally introduce our newest drive system, our POWR-DRIVE. This robust drive is machined from billet aluminum to create a 4 and 6-roll drive that is unmatched by any other drive in the industry. Pairing this with our independent suspension of each feed roll takes the guesswork out of how tight you need the feed rolls. Just tighten it as tight as it can go, and it is set. This 3-piece drive system even has wire straighteners incorporated into it.
Additionally, our GEN II FEEDERS offer digital meters, sealed roller bearing inlet fairleads. Likewise, our latest combination leads gun heads allow for much higher temperature ratings, so you can spray at higher amperages for much longer time periods. All this equates to higher production with less downtime, the use of longer (18FT.) and more, to the bottom line.
